In this post, I am going to show you guys how you will fix (cannot create file xampp-control.ini Access is denied) error.
This issue arrives when you want to config something on your XAMPP server (configuration of control panel) like (Auto start modules) Like this screen.
But if you open your XAMPP server as an administrator this issue will not arrive so in this post we are going to learn how to set XAMPP as default open as Administrator.

So open your C: drive or other drive where you installed your XAMPP file then open your XAMPP folder and find a file named xampp-control.ini. right-click on this file and the Select Properties tab will open.
Select the Security tab and click the edit button then open a new modal then check all permission boxes and click on the apply button.
